With over seven years of combined experience in civil litigation, Attorney Chelsea Bishop has navigated a dynamic career path, initially working as a paralegal while concurrently pursuing her legal education at New England School of Law’s night program for four of those years. This unique journey has not only equipped her with hands-on experience in civil litigation but allowed her to maximize her understanding of legal theory and how it truly affects everyday law practice. During school and for two years after, Attorney Bishop practiced litigation as an insurance defense and corporate law attorney, providing her invaluable experience and insight, which allows her to anticipate opposing strategies, strategically approach cases, and deliver robust representation for her clients.
Now specializing in medical malpractice and personal injury law, Attorney Bishop is committed to guiding clients through the intricacies of their cases with compassion and precision. Whether she is holding medical professionals accountable for negligence or advocating for the rights of those who have suffered personal injuries, her years of experience in civil litigation contributes to a comprehensive skill set. Attorney Bishop received her BA in Psychology from Stonehill College in 2014 and her JD from NESL in 2021. While in law school, she received the Dean’s Scholarship, the CALI Excellence for Future Award in Elder Law and the Dean’s List Award.
Attorney Bishop is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association.
