Attorney Frangie is a Partner in the Western Massachusetts/Berkshire office of Thomas & Wickenheiser. He has over 20 years of trial and civil litigation experience. Attorney Frangie began his legal career at a boutique employment law firm in Connecticut representing employee plaintiffs in various judicial and administrative forums involving the ADA, FMLA, ADEA, OWBPA, and Title VII. After several years, Attorney Frangie joined a prestigious Massachusetts law firm where he primarily represented defendants and insurance companies in medical and dental malpractice, employment, environmental, contract, liquor liability, premise liability, motor vehicle, and civil rights cases.
Upon joining Thomas & Wickenheiser, Attorney Frangie is dedicated to representing patient clients in medical malpractice cases. His unique perspective resulting from his dynamic and well-rounded background, including over a decade of defending medical professionals against claims of malpractice, makes Attorney Frangie an exceptional advocate. He is able to assist clients through the complex legal process with compassion and understanding while zealously fighting on their behalf.
Apart from Thomas & Wickenheiser, Attorney Frangie is a Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers Hearing Committee member wherein he participates in evaluating and investigating complaints filed against Massachusetts attorneys. He also serves as the Chairperson of the Human Rights Committee of Guidewire, Inc., which oversees and advocates for the rights and safety of disabled individuals living in the Western Massachusetts/Berkshire communities. Attorney Frangie received his juris doctorate from the University of New Hampshire, Franklin Pierce School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
