Ian N. McCallister joined Thomas & Wickenheiser in February of 2020 as a trial attorney bringing with him 25 years of experience representing the injured party in mass tort, aviation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, and motor vehicle accident claims. A 1996 honors graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Attorney McCallister was a staff member of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review, one of the oldest international law journals in the country. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, having served on the Board of Governors.

Attorney McCallister has resolved numerous cases through mediation, arbitration, and trial resulting in substantial monetary recoveries for his clients.
