Attorney Kathryn Wickenheiser is a seasoned trial attorney with nearly 20 years of experience representing individuals and families in personal injury and medical malpractice matters. She is a dedicated advocate for those injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and cases involving pharmaceutical liability, nursing home negligence, product failure, and more. 

Kathryn began her career representing claimants in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability matters, where she gained a deep understanding of the long-term impact of accidental injuries. Now, Kathryn is focused on the courtroom and specializes in litigating personal injury and wrongful death cases. She has obtained multiple verdicts in excess of a million dollars and negotiated many successful settlements, including multiple seven-figure settlements.

Kathryn was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer from 2022 through 2025 and was previously honored as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. She has also been named one of the Top Ten Female Personal Injury Attorneys in Massachusetts and featured in Boston magazine’s Top Women Attorneys in Massachusetts.

Kathryn received her JD from the University of Massachusetts School of Law (formerly Southern New England School of Law), where she served as President of the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity and received the Voice for Ethics St. Thomas More award. She earned her BA from St. Bonaventure University. Kathryn is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and USA500.
